As a trainee you have a huge chance to become part of the future web development team companies can only dream of.

As a trainee, you take on technical, hands-on production/development tasks. The primary focus is to coordinate web operations efficiently and effectively, including: graphical design, animation, content management and maintenance, search engine optimization, site navigation and usability, and domain management. You will develop skills in the entire web production process – from assisting in the most basic maintenance tasks to the most challenging technical requirements of web projects. You will develop project management skills that include interacting with developers overseas and managing external developers in order to achieve clearly defined goals.

What will you be doing?

• Create outstanding creative concepts for international businesses.
• Develop and implement content management plans.
• Assist in the design and implementation of marketing content and HTML template design for email campaigns.
• Participate in live projects from the beginning, working on the background with members of the web development and production teams right from the start.

Your qualities:

• You must have a natural interest in web production.
• You must be able to communicate with external developers in English and Dutch
• You have to have the ability (or skills to learn) to translate business objectives into web-based solutions and to design projects that will achieve previously defined outcomes.
• You must be self-motivated.
• You must be willing to work with an international team of talents (who wouldn't want to, really?).
